Melinda and Nyonya initiated Japanese actress,Yuuka,
to the rainbow hues in kasot manek beading.
NHK Japan TV travelled from Malacca and up North to Penang looking for Baba Nyonyas.
After interviewing Penang nyonyas in their homes, they picked this Nyonya for the Japanese documentary and travel adventure programme.
Yuuka joined the Sayang Sayang Nyonya dancers at the Penang Chinese Association
for the morning dance practice, did a spot of kasot manek beading in the afternoon,
then nyonya dinner at Rumah Perut.

| Back at home, Yuuka stayed the night. Early next morning, we had breakfast in the garden, with a crew of cameraman, videographer, photographer, sound man, translator-interpretor, and Director prowling around us. |
